La Fornace invites you to enjoy not just the traditional dishes that have made the restaurant famous over the years, but also new interpretations of Italian cuisine and fine international fare. The quality and fresh ingredients are what make it all so special.
Bread, pasta and baked goods are made in-house and the menu changes at least four times a year in keeping with the seasons, and to ensure the freshness of the products used.
